On our booking forms, please note there is a Privacy option on them. This gives the Hirer two options - Public or Private. If you choose Public, the event will show in our Calendar with your details. If you choose Private, the event will still show in our Calendar but with the first 2 letters of your first name plus the first 2 letters of your last name, followed by a word which describes the sort of event (such as JoSm Dance), or in the case of a special event, your booking reference.
