If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking before the date of their event, the Hirer must advise us in writing by email here, quoting the Booking Reference provided eg P240722A

The cancellation fees will be as follows:-

• Up to 8 days prior to the date of the event - refund 50% of the deposit plus the Balance and Security Deposit if they have been paid at this time. However, dependent upon circumstances, the Committee may, at their discretion, refund the deposit paid in full.

• Within 7 days of your event, no refund will be payable other than the Security Deposit - however, dependent on circumstances, the Committee may, at their discretion, make a complete or partial refund.
