To amend an existing one-off booking, please email details here

Please ensure you quote the Booking Reference​ you were given, eg P240722A. For all other bookings, simply provide date(s) and time(s)

To cancel an existing one-off booking, the Hirer must advise us by email here, quoting the Booking Reference provided eg P240722A

The cancellation fees will be as follows:-

  • Up to 8 days prior to the date of the event - refund 50% of the deposit plus the Balance and Security Deposit if they have been paid at this time. However, dependent upon circumstances, the Committee may, at their discretion, refund the deposit paid in full.

  • Within 7 days of your event, no refund will be payable other than the Security Deposit - however, dependent on circumstances, the Committee may, at their discretion, make a complete or partial refund.
